Creator program terms

These are the terms of the Realms Creator Program, run by Realms Technologies ("we"). By accepting a place in the program you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask at caspian@realmsplugins.com.
What you receive
- Licences for Swang, Engrain and Resynth, free of charge. They are for your own use and cannot be sold or passed on.
- A personal discount code that gives buyers 15% off.
- A commission of 30% on each sale made with your code. It is calculated on what the buyer pays after the discount, not counting sales tax.
How you are paid
- Commission is tracked and paid by Moonbase, the company that runs our shop. To be paid you need to complete Moonbase's setup, which asks for your payment details.
- Payments are made monthly once your earnings reach $50.
- If a sale is reversed, for example by a payment dispute, the commission on that sale is reversed too.
- You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.
What we ask
- Tell your audience. When you share your code or talk about the plugins, say that you received them free and earn a commission. This is required by advertising rules in most countries and by the platforms you post on.
- Be accurate. Say what you think, good or bad, but do not claim the plugins do things they do not.
- Share your code with your own audience. Do not post it on coupon or deal sites, and do not run paid ads that use the Realms name or pose as Realms.
- No purchases for yourself. Commission is not paid on your own purchases or on sales you arrange in order to collect it.
- Follow the rules of each platform you post on.
What we do not ask
- There is no requirement to post, and no schedule.
- There is no exclusivity. You are free to work with anyone else.
- Your content is yours. We will ask before reposting it.
Ending and changes
- You can leave the program at any time by emailing us. We can end your place in it at any time, and will if these terms are broken.
- Commission you earned before the end is still paid.
- We may change the commission, the discount or these terms. We will email you before a change takes effect, and it will apply only to sales made after that.
- Taking part does not make you an employee, agent or partner of Realms Technologies.
