Cookie policy

The short version: this site does not track you. It has no advertising cookies and no analytics. The only things kept in your browser are the ones the shop needs in order to work, and one setting you can choose yourself. That is why there is no cookie banner to click through.

What is kept in your browser

Some of this is kept in cookies and some in your browser's local storage, which does the same job. Either way it stays on your device.

• The shop (moonbase_storefront, local storage). Set by Moonbase, the company that runs our shop, when the page loads. It remembers what is in your cart and the shop's prices for you, so that the cart is still there when you come back. It stays until you clear it.
• Signing in and paying. When you sign in, check out or open your account, you are using windows run by Moonbase. Moonbase and the payment providers it uses set the cookies they need to keep you signed in, take the payment and prevent fraud. They are used for those purposes only.
• Pause motion (realms-motion, local storage). Set only if you press the Pause motion button on the home page. It remembers that you want the page kept still. Pressing Play motion removes it.

All of these are needed for something you have asked the site to do, so the law does not require us to ask your permission for them first. We do have to tell you about them, which is what this page is for.

What we do not use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No analytics that follow you around this site or across others.
• No social media buttons or embedded content that report your visit to someone else.

If we ever add anything of that kind, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

The plugins

The plugins do not use cookies. A plugin keeps its licence in a file on your computer and checks it with Moonbase from time to time. The privacy policy explains what that involves.

Clearing it

You can delete cookies and site data for realmsplugins.com in your browser's settings at any time. Doing so empties your cart, signs you out and forgets the Pause motion setting. Nothing else changes, and your account and licences are not affected. You can also set your browser to block this kind of storage altogether, but the shop will not work without it.
