Refund policy

All sales are final. Swang, Engrain, Resynth and the Realms Starter Pack are digital products that are delivered as soon as you pay, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Before you buy

• The plugins run on macOS, in any DAW that loads AU or VST3 plugins. A Windows version is coming soon.
• The plugin sections and the questions at the bottom of the home page describe what each one does.
• If you are unsure whether a plugin will work with your setup, email us first and we will tell you.

If something is not working

Email caspian@realmsplugins.com with your order email, your DAW and your macOS version. We will help you get it installed, activated and running.

If you were charged by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same order, email us with both receipts and we will correct it.

Your legal rights

Purchases are processed by Moonbase, which sells our plugins on our behalf. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
